Pool Party Rental Information
The Quillian Center hosts the most memorable birthday parties in Houston! Either of the Quillian Center pools or the covered picnic area may be rented for your next private party. But you'd better sign up
now - reservations are filling up fast! Quillian Center swimming pools
can be rented for 2-hour or 4-hour sessions. Dates and times are limited,
so be sure to reserve your dates well in advance.
Reservations may be made online (with valid credit card). Please note, the website will show the dates and times that are available to be booked and some dates that cannot get booked. All pool parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance, if you are booking within two weeks, please call the office and we will assist you. If you would like to book both pools or one pool for multiple time slots, follow the same online process for booking a single party. All pool parties must be approved by an administrator. No parties are considered booked until full payment has been made.
Pricing
All parties booked on Mondays through Thursdays will receive a $50 discount!
All party rates include life guards for up to 75 guests. Parties with more than 75 guests will require extra life guard. Please contact Beverly Okosun to arrange additional lifeguards.

Pool Party Rental FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
You are welcome to use all the tables and chairs in the pool area. All tables are 4 seater patio tables and can be moved to suit your needs. We do not provide extra tables or chairs. Each pool has roughly 15 tables with 4 chair each.
Are Tables and Chairs Provided?
Music is allowed as long as it is at a reasonable level and does not disturb others. There may be a party going on at the same time in the other pool. We also have neighbors in the apartments next door that we have to consider. Only battery or wireless speakers.
Can We Play Music?
All private parties are allowed at least 10 minutes prior to their start time to setup. Lifeguards will be on site and let you know when it is okay for your party to enter the pool gates.
How Early Can I Arrive to Setup?
Decorations are allowed. Just please make sure it is plastic and not any kind of paper material that may leave a stain if it gets wet. Balloons are okay. All decorations must be cleaned up when you leave.
Can I Bring Decorations?
Quillian Center offers Public Pool Parties! You can reserve a covered picnic area for 2 hours or 4 hours. You will have exclusive access to the area. Please contact Quillian's office for pricing and scheduling.
What If The Party Time Is Booked Already?
Yes you can bring in your own food as long as there is no glass or alcohol involved. We recommend Pizza, sandwiches, and easy snacks. No onsite cooking is allowed.
