Special Events Just Between FriendsJust Between Friends (JBF) is the nation's leading childrens consignment sales event for gently-used clothing, toys, furniture, baby equipment and books. Our spring/summer event will be May 2 to May 4 at the Quillian Center. May 2nd will be an exclusive pre-sale event for our volunteers and consignors, May 3rd we will be open to the public, and May 4th will be a public half-off sale. When: March 23rd, 2013 Time: 9:00am to 12:30pm Where: Quillian Center Corporate Challenge Are you ready to take the challenge? This fun, corporate event is a tradition in the Westchase District. Teams compete in basketball, soccer, dodge ball and football activities as well as the "Briefcase Relay". Lunch is provided by Outback Steakhouse. The event is held at Quillian Center on Friday, April 5, 2013 and a portion of the proceeds go to support Quillian's Scholarship Fund. When: April 5, 2013 Time: 9:00am Where: Quillian Center Fall Festival Every year in late October, join the fun at Quillian Center as we host the annual Fall Festival. There are children's crafts, inflatables, laser tag, a petting zoo,  train rides and many other attractions to enjoy! Dress up in a costume and participate in the costume contest, and there will be plenty of candy at the "Trunk or Treat" in the parking lot. This is a community event.When: October 26, 2013 Time: To be announced Where: Quillian Center WONDERLAND IN WESTCHASE This year, there is a 100% chance of snow, magic and music!!! Wonderland in Westchase will be held December 12, 2013. This is a community event sponsored by First Methodist Houston and the Westchase District. There are school choirs, fire truck rides, inflatables, games, laser tag, a mechanical bull and much more! Enjoy the tastes of Westchase in the Epicurean Area, visit the live nativity scene, read the Christmas Story with Mrs. Claus, play in the snow and don't forget to visit Santa and his reindeer! Be sure to enjoy the free hot chocolate and holiday treats.  Entry to Wonderland in Westchase is an unwrapped toy and/or bag of canned goods. Cash donations are also accepted and will be distributed to WHAM and The House of Amos. The evening ends with a fantastic fireworks display (weather permitting) presented by First Methodist- Westchase. Volunteers and sponsors are needed to make this event successful.
